Ruby Rose reconnection with Jess Origliasso

Ruby Rose Langenheim (born 20 March 1986), better known as Ruby Rose, is an Australian model, DJ, recording artist, actress, television presenter, and former MTV VJ. Rose emerged in the media spotlight as a presenter on MTV Australia, followed by several high-profile modelling gigs, notably as the face of Maybelline New York in Australia. In addition to her modelling career, she has co-hosted various television shows, namely Australia’s Next Top Model and The Project on Network Ten. She pursued a career in acting from 2008 onwards, with her debut performance in the Australian film Suite for Fleur. In 2013, she had a small role in the drama Around the Block. She appeared in seasons three and four of the Netflix series Orange Is the New Black, and received praise for her work. Her personal life has also received attention.

Jessica Louise Origliasso (/ʊərɪɡˈlɑːsoʊ/ oor-ig-lah-soh; born 25 December 1984) is an Australian singer-songwriter, actress and fashion designer. Born and raised in Albany Creek, Queensland she, alongside twin sister Lisa Origliasso, performed in show business at a young age. Origliasso rose to fame in 2000s when she and her twin sister formed a pop duo the Veronicas.

Jessica and Lisa also joined a “Wear it with Pride” campaign to reform same-sex laws in Australia for the 85 legislative changes made in 2010 to overturn discrimination against same-sex couples and their families. The campaign involved them wearing numbered T-shirts representing each legislative change.
In 2010, Jessica and Lisa were honoured as Wildlife Warriors of the year for their efforts in publicizing animal protection and conservation on a worldwide scale.
Ruby got her big break playing Stella Carlin in Netflix series ‘Orange Is The New Black’ and admits she was “knew” she was still in love with Jess Origliasso as soon as she saw her.

The ‘Orange is the New Black’ star initially dated the Veronicas singer in 2008, and they rekindled their romance when the 30-year-old actress offered to write, direct and appear in the group’s new music video for ‘On Your Side’
